GenericError when creating certain QR Codes
Hi, we are experiencing random problems since we switched to GdPicture generated QR Codes. The following strings produce an error, when we try to generate a QR Code for them: "XV 068KWU98265743", "FC 468XGJ12904250", "GO 359DAJ94366606", "JX 419TPJ81182933", &...

SetFormFieldValue not working correctly
Hi, we are using SetFormFieldValue to fill in PDF forms automatically (these are social security forms here in Luxemburg). This works fine for normal text-fields, but some fields don't work. For example this is waht the field looks like if filled using Adobe Reader: Good.JPG This is what it looks li...

BookmarksTree: expand to a specific node
Hi, Is there a way to make a specific node in the BookmarksTree visible? That is, expand all nodes above that node and select the node. The reason I am asking is that we have rather large documents (> 100pages) which the user mostly navigates using the bookmarks (which are generated based on page he...

Forcing A4 size, but scanning A5 leads to black background
We have a scenario in which the user forces paper size A4 when scanning, but the paper he scans is actually smaller (A5 for instance). The result is an A4 page, with one half being the scanned A5 document, and the other half being completely black. This is all fine and well, but it's a terrible wast...

Can the text "GdPicture Print Process" be changed?
When printing PDF Files, Windows (or GdPicture, don't really know) shows a small MessageBox with the text:
Can this text be changed? It is confusing to many users of our app, since they don't know what GdPicture isPage 1 of GdPicture Print Process

Re: Unit testing of TWAIN code
Tried that one, but it always returns exactly the same image. I want to be able to control the images that are returned, otherwise it's not useful to me.

Unit testing of TWAIN code
Hi,
is there a way to do automated unit testing of code involving the TWAIN API of GdPicture, without actually having to scan anything? I guess/hope that the developers of GDPicture use something like this internally.
Thanks!

Convert any PDF File into PDF/A ?
Does GDPicture have the capability of converting a PDF file into PDF/A? I know that it could be accomplished by rendering each page to a bitmap and then creating a new PDF out of them, but this approach has too many drawbacks to be usable.

GdViewer.Paint not firing anymore
We recently upgraded from GdPicture 9.3 to GdPicture 9.4 and noticed that the Paint event of the GdViewer control is not firing anymore. We use this to paint some custom things on top of the displayed pdf.
Is suppose that this is a bug, and a rather problematic one.
