Error Open pdf file

I'm with error in open pdf file on michine with fallowing characteristics:

Windows Server 2008 R2 64bits
IBM - Intel Xeon E5620 2.40GHZ
32GB RAM

The executable is in F:\SecurityServer together has:
GdPicture.NET.9.dll
GdPicture.NET.9.filters.dll
GdPicture.NET.9.image.gdimgplug.dll
GdPicture.NET.9.jbig2.encoder.dll
GdPicture.NET.9.PDF.dll

And was registred in C:\Program Files (x86)\GdPicture.NET 9.

Fallow the file, which can be ????

The procedure was done, are all Ok!

Pdf File is not damaged
The PDF File view in Adobe Acrobat Viewer
I'm using the last version

Solved the problem when closing application of all users of Windows Server 2008 R2 64bits.

What can be ??
