Hi,
No, GdPicture.NET is another products line.
Within few days, upgrade licenses will be available for migration from GdPicture ActiveX editions to GdPicture.NET editions.
Best regards,
Loïc

Re: GdPicture Pro Imaging SDK to GdPicture.NET
I am considering the update of our existing delphi code to gdPicture (ocx version) as an immediate solution to correct a couple of problems arising from the use of another library. Meanwhile, we will also start to code the new major version in C#.NET, so we will need the .NET version as well in a couple months. What can we do to not duplicate the gdPicture licensing costs for such a short period of time (around 6 months) ?
I think everyone will agree that purchasing an OCX these days is purchasing a deprecated technology. Would you consider a free upgrade to .NET version (or a VERY SMALL fee) for customers who will currently purchase the OCX library?
Regards.

Hi,
I think ActiveX are a good choice for Intranet application development or for applications created from old programming language such as vb6 & delphi 6-7 and Visual FoxPro.

We already have some upgrade plans. See:Would you consider a free upgrade to .NET version (or a VERY SMALL fee) for customers who will currently purchase the OCX library ?

Re: GdPicture Pro Imaging SDK to GdPicture.NET
Am I missing something here ?
The cost to upgrade from .ocx to .NET, for 1 developper, is the same as purchasing the .NET ?
I have the .ocx pro full version

Hi Rocky,
No, we have some upgrade path such as "from GdPicture Pro Imaging SDK to GdPicture.NET Document Imaging SDK".
See our order page at upgrades section : https://www.gdpicture.com/order.php
Kind regards,

Sorry, I just realised that your .NET components were more expensive then the .ocx components.
Your prices make sense, and are competitive.
