I need your help urgently, GdPicture components on 64 bit Wi

Post by wittaya » Wed Jan 19, 2011 8:16 am

Hello,

I found this error "An error occurred creating the form. See Exception.InnerException for details. The error is: Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))".

My simple code just add reference COM component of GDPicture into my project and drag/drop Imaging control into Form then debug it, that all I do.

Thank you
Wittaya

p.s.
Product: GDPicture Pro (ActiveX) version 5.13.0
Platform: Windows XP Professional x64 SP2
Language: VB 2008 .net

Hi,

Targeting your application to x86 processor should solve the problem.

Using Visual Basic:

1. With a project selected in Solution Explorer, on the Project menu, click Properties.

2. Click the Compile tab.

3. Click the Advanced Compile Options button to open the Advanced Compiler Settings dialog box.

4. Choose x86 Target CPU list. The options are AnyCPU (the default), x86, x64, and Itanium. Click OK.

Using C#:

1. With a project selected in Solution Explorer, on the Project menu, click Properties.

2. Click the Build tab.

3. Choose x86 from the Platform target list. The options are Any CPU (the default), x86, x64, and Itanium.
