Error: Automation Error

Hi,

I've installed GdPicture.NET on my pc and I'm trying to use this on VB 6.
When I use the command "SetLicenseNumber("XXXX")", I get the error: "Automation Error".

Anybody can help me ?

Hi,

GdPicture.NET seems to not be registered as COM object.

Did you ran the _Register for COM.bat in C:\Program Files\GdPicture.NET\Redist\COM Interop\ directory ?

Hi,

It's strange. Maybe your project don't have the reference to GdPicture.NET.tlb:


In vb project: Project/References/Brows.../ and select ...GdPicture.NET\Redist\COM Interop\GdPicture.NET.tlb

You should see the selected reference in "Available References" under the name of GdPicture.NET - Document Imaging SDK
