Hi there,
I'm just trialing GDTwain ActiveX using Vb6 and I was wondering if it's possible to do the following:
Is there a way to assign the Twain object to a previously loaded GDPicture?
I want to load a bunch of pages and keep them in memory, preview them on a grid and allow the user the option to exlude certain pages and then save them as separate files (for example using object.SaveAsTIFF). They must be saved as TIFF files.
Or does object.SaveAsTIFF only work on the most recently scanned page?
Thanks,
Peter
Preview pages before saving single page Tiff files
Re: Preview pages before saving single page Tiff files
Hi Peter,
This feature is available only in GdPicture Light & Pro.
However there is a workaround: You can create 1 Twain object for any acquire image. Requires some line of code but easy to do
Kind regards,
Loïc
