GDViewer Not Unlocked

When I try and use the GDViewer I get an error message that says "this object has not been unlocked".

I don't remember what version of the software I bought but thought gdviewer was included with all of them?

Do I need to send an e-mail to sales to find out what I have? I did set the License Number to the my current license number and it still did the same thing.
