I use a one developer license GdPicture.NET Image SDK and i want to convert a PDF to a TIF
But i think i have to upgrade to GdPicture.NET Document Imaging SDK

Can you confirme and tell me how do this upgrade ?

Yes you have to use the Document Imaging SDK edition to do that.
