I purchased licenses for .NET Image SDK and Tesseract back in March '10.
What versions of GD can I use the license keys with?
Can I use it with the latest 6.7.9 ?

Yes you can. If you purchased any GdPicture.NET 6.X version you will be able to upgrade to all other 6.X editions for free.
