Data Matrix (2d) Barcode creation

I know that it has been said that it is being worked on, but I was curious as to the status of 2d barcode creation. I am about to start on a project that really needs to be able to dynamically create a PDF and draw a 2D barcode in it.

Hi Bryan,

Here is our road-map about 2D barcode:

- QR code recognition will come within 1 and 2 weeks.
- QR code & Datamatrix writing will be on development in September. So it would take probably 1 month or 2 to be published in release state.

Loic mentioned in August that September would see the beginning of development for 2D matrix creation, which would take an estimated 1 - 2 months. Is this currently still in the works? We are very interested in this!
