TWAIN ActiveX to DotNET

I used GdPicturePro5 (version 1.8.0.0) ActiveX to create an application that uses TWAIN to scan to a multipage tiff file. Now, I have been asked to upgrade this application to 64-bit and DotNET. Is there an easy way to do this? I was hoping it would be as simple as replacing the ActiveX reference with a DotNET one, but it appears there are some changes in the calls (using 8.3.0.5 of GdPicture.NET.dll from the TWAIN package). Do you happen to have an upgrade or conversion guide for those of us who continue to use your excellent products? :)

Hi Derek,

Thank you very much for your feedback.

migrating from GdTwain ActiveX to GdPicture.NET should be very easy. In GdPictureImaging class you can find probably 95% of the method of GdTwain.
The programming approach is almost the same, especially for TWAIN features.
We do not provide tutorial of migration but if you encounter any problem you can contact us through this forum or via http://support.gdpicutre.com and we will more than happy to assist :)

Kind regards,

Loïc
