Generated PDF won't load in third party app

We are using the imaging API:

SaveAsPDF

in our application. It saves the pdf just fine. The generated pdf opens fine in Acrobat and other mainstream pdf applications. However, it will not open in a 3rd party application. Unfortunately this 3rd party application does not give us any descriptive errors. Any ideas on what would cause our pdf to refuse to load in the 3rd party app?

What is the thirst party app you are talking about?
I guess they do not support all PDF specs. In all case we can cross check your PDF. Just attach it here or send it through https://www.gdpicture.com/support/getting-support-from-our-team if there is confidential content.
