Moving Image Under Rectangle of Selection

Hello, I am trying to develop a way to allow the user to edit image files (cut/copy/paste) and use the Rectangle of Selection feature to move highlighted areas around on a document. I already know how to cut/delete sections (using DrawFilledRectangle with a white color), but I cannot figure out a way to drag and drop the selected area to another spot. Is there any code examples if this is possible? Thank you for any help

Hello, I've figured out how to copy/cut and paste sections around on a single page, but I am looking for something smoother. For example, while moving an area (using the rectangle of selection) I would like to have it move in real-time so the user can position it accurately. I would like to develop something similar to the user experience in MSPAINT, etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
