[Tutorial] PDF rendering issues [Updated]

The GdViewer control of the GdPicture.NET suite has the capability to display PDF documents.

If you encounter any problem related to incorrect rendering or printing with a PDF, feel free to submit a support ticked on our helpdesk located here: https://www.gdpicture.com/support/getting-support-from-our-team/

Please, before sending us your file check that:

1- The PDF is not damaged.
2- The PDF can be viewed with the Adobe Acrobat viewer.
3- You are using the latest edition of your Toolkit.

Hello,

we are using Version 6.5.0.1 of GdPicture an encountered the following problem:
On a few PDF documents we need to display with GdPicture we see just a big black area instead of the document.
If i open the exact same file with another PDF reader like i.e. Adobe Reader or FoxIt Reader the file is displayed properly.

Do you have any idea why this happens and what we can do about it?
