Asyncronous SaveToHTTP method

Any chance for an asyncronous SaveToHTTP method? In javascript, calling SaveToHTTP blocks everything untill the function returns. An asyncronous variant with callback would be really nice and probably not too hard to implement either.
Same thing could go for the FTP variant.

The function does load the source asynchronously and reports the progress in a DataReceived event.

I was talking about javascript, here, not c#. The call itself is blocking. Also, the topic is about saving, not loading.
