ASP.Net control for GD picture

while checking annotation sample code in asp.net .Almost all are done by using javascript .
Is it possible to implement annotation page by using server code (c#).
Is there any Dotnet control for implementing annotation.so i can simply drag control to page and implementing all things by using server code .
