Despeckle remove the font color

Hi all,

We have a requirement, actually when we despeckle an image the noise got cleared which is OK.
But if the document has any text with color like red, green or blue then the text color also changed into black.
We only need to clear the noise not the text color.
Is there any way we can do this ? please let us know and if possible then give some sample code or help url to understand it clear. We are using Gdpicture ver 9.
