GdPicture Imaging Forums

Hi there,
i'm using DocuVieware for render pdf files in my project (GdPicture.NET.14.WEB.DocuVieware version 3.0.0.10).
When printing the document, and select PDF print, it gives this error:
<Error>
<Message>An error has occurred.</Message>
</Error>

Can you give me something to check and make it works?

Hi;

Please try to update the the latest available version. If the problem persists you should open a ticket on our helpdesk by providing the input document used.
