gdpicture.net error

Hi,

The following error arises when the c# winform project converts .TIF file to PDF.

please install gdpicture.net package on your computer for development purpose...
error code5

I have followed to all required steps and added .dll ([INSTALLATION FOLDER]\Redist\Framework X.X\GdPicture.NET.dll) to my project, but still get the error.

Could you please help, how can I fix the error?
