Loop through pages and add text to the bottom corner of every page

I know i can find the page count and provide a loop but how to add to the bottom part of the page is eluding me it must be in the corner very very tight margin area, basically using this product to Bates Stamp. I have tried annotationtext but not sure if that is the way and if it is how to move it to the very bottom is a question.
