Convert a existing PDF to PDF-A3

Hello and sorry if this question already been asked.
Is it possible to convert an existing PDF to the PDF/A3 format with GDPicture version 11.
If not is it possible in verion 14.
In both cases i would be thankful for a link or a description how it can be done.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not support this feature yet.
We do offer the DocumentConverter class for other useful conversions:

But the valid conversion from PDF to PDF/A is not supported yet.
