Hi Ingo,

Would you be able to provide a screenshot of what you mean please?

If you have placed the GdViewer control in your designer then this will display as a black box when still working in the designer. The black box is replaced with the GdViewer display upon compiling and running the application.

Ingo,

Thank you for your screenshot. Although this is in german, it seems like you are obtaining this when running your application.

Is the issue that you keep getting a black screen viewer instead of the page display? Please be more specific as to what happens when you do this and what happens when you use Windows Design instead.

If this is not the case then you can simply change the viewer back color in the viewer's properties (In the designer)

Hi,

yes we are getting a black screen instead of the page display!
I can change the Viewer's Backgroundcolor but this change nothing the black screen still there.

To reproduce this behavior please change on windows 10 the design to contrast design.
Please let me know if u can reproduce this behavior.

Hi Ingo,

Regarding your issue I have insufficient information to reproduce.

I have attempted to reproduce your issue on Windows 10 by toggling all the high contrast settings.

I am having no issues whatsoever with loading pages in our GdViewer using all 4 options.

Please guide me to what you wish me to change and where in order to reproduce your specific behavior.

The error may come from your code sample. If this is the case I suggest you send it to us so we can more thoroughly investigate why you are experiencing this on your end.
