Have you made sure to be using the latest version of our toolkit? V14.1.138

If you have our latest version installed please make sure you are using and referencing the dlls from our latest GdPicture version in your application.

Thanks for confirming this.
I am fairly certain this is not an issue with the installed but rather with the way your environments is able to handle .msi files.
Have you tried checking out some of the guides only allowing you to fix this error message with .msi files? "msi is not a valid installation package"
There appears to be a few solutions online you can try.
Unfortunately I have tried the installation once again and was unable to reproduce this. Even on Windows 11 this works on our end as it should.
I would recommend checking out online solutions to solving the .msi installer issue.
