Hi there,
Thank you for your question.
You can currently open DICOM and edit this by removing/adding pages. This being said, you will currently need to save this as TIFF or another image format.
We are currently considering implementing the SaveAsDICOM method for this specific purpose.
I will get back to you here when I have more news for you on this.

If by "Insert JPG" you mean "SaveAsJPEG" then this is already possible:

If by "Insert JPG" you mean that you want to load a DICOM file, insert multiple JPEG files in the DICOM and then SaveAsDICOM then this will surely be possible as our toolkit already provides the option to add pages to a multipage image files (which you can currently save as multipage TIFF if you would like).
