Hello,
I was wondering if I could get some clarification on the following problem: our code is converting svg images, uploaded to a web server, to pdf, using the CreateGdPictureImageFromStream(stream, filename) function. Due to XEE security concerns, I would like to disable processing of DOCTYPE directives that can be embedded in the svg's xml. Usually, Xml parsers provide options for enabling/disabling directives when parsing Xml files.
Is something like this possible within GdPicture libraries? Any other options to achieve this?
Thank you for your reply!
Disabling DOCTYPE in SVG file conversion
Re: Disabling DOCTYPE in SVG file conversion
Hi there,
Thank you for your question.
Regarding this I have answered you in the ticket you have made contacting us directly.
I have mentioned there that we will look further into this and consider implementing such a feature which allows you to achieve what you are trying to do.
I would however need some sample files demonstrating this. I mentioned this also in the ticket you created.
I'll be waiting to hear back from you there.
